How to Lose Weight Faster with Diet Pills

There is a common misconception that simply taking diet pills such as Xenical, Alli, or Meridia will be an easy shortcut for losing weight. However, while these prescription weight loss pills drastically help with fat loss, other steps must be completed to accelerate the fat loss.

With the holiday season fast approaching, it is important to remember to stick with a healthy, low-calorie diet coupled with exercise. Here are some great tips on how to lose weight faster without a huge effort:

1) Maintain a low-fat diet. Because Xenical works in the intestine by preventing absorption of fat, it causes loss of vitamins with a high-fat diet which may result in abdominal pain, gas, or diarrhea. Therefore it’s important to stick to a low-fat diet.

2) Always eat breakfast. Make sure your breakfast is healthy and the right serving size, sugary cereals usually make you feel un-satisfied. Stick to fruits, yogurt or whole-grain cereal. If you’re taking a diet pill, always take it with a meal. If you skip a meal, don’t take your pill.

3) Drink LOTS of water. Water is incredibly important for digestion and helps simulate the feeling of being full for a longer time. If you keep a bottle of water next to you at all time, you will probably end up eating less and NOT SNACKING.

4) Eat fish at least once or twice a week. Fish is nature’s best low-fat meal and fish such as salmon contain omega-3 fatty acids which keep your heart healthy.

5) Make time to exercise. Watching your diet and limiting food is not enough to help lose as much weight as possible. That’s why it’s important to exercise along with eating healthy, burning calories helps accelerate fat loss and keeps weight down. Even if all you do is go on a quick-paced 30 minute walk every day can result in huge results. There’s no point killing yourself at the gym every day, keep goals realistic and consult a personal trainer if necessary.

6) Don’t just do ab exercises. While many people want to focus on their beer belly at the gym, it’s important to get a full body workout instead of wasting time doing endless sit ups and crunches. Since your core (stomach) is a supporting muscle for a lot of exercises for other muscle groups, your abs will develop without the constant attention. One of the best, quick exercises is the plank, which focuses on arm, leg and stomach muscles.

Remember that with a low-calorie diet, exercise, and diet pills you can make it through the holidays LOSING WEIGHT. Smaller portions of turkey and skipping the pumpkin pie can bring you the body that you deserve.
